Balloon 717 lays over on Pleasure Beach loop alongside Jubilee Brush car 627 while Flexity 010 heads for Starr Gate

Heritage Balloon 717 and Standard 147 were in use on the heritage service today. The afternoon was nice enough to warrant open top trams, but unfortunately the morning started out with heavy cloud and showers. Brush car 627 has been fitted with four strings of coloured lights above the roof in addition to the existing lighting that is fitted all along the beading on the ends and sides of the tram.
